This area appears to be located partially on private <br /> property and City rightrof-way, <br /> A review of- both the right-of-way permit and the appLoved construction <br /> plans indicates that a five (5) foot wide landscapir.g strip the entire <br /> length of the street fronta9e was to be provided, <br /> The parking area� as it now exis�s� in in direct conflict with the above <br /> mentioned plans and in violation of Chapter 19,90 of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code.
