PS�flC10S: <br /> We wish to supplement ow variance request which is cutrendy pending before the Board <br /> of Adjustment to seek pertnission to provide angled parking in the front of our property. <br /> Specifically,we arc requesting edditional veriance under Secdon 34.060.I of the City Code to <br /> use 16 fat of the right of way on the south west(front)portion of our pmpeRY to provide <br /> addicional pazking. Because of the peculiaz lay out of the lots at the end of Silvertip Lane and the <br /> location of driveways,perking hes alwaYs been at something of a premium whenever we have <br /> guests. The provision of addi6onel parking direcdy on our property but within the right of way <br /> would facilitau the flow of traffic at our end of the street,perticularly for our next door <br /> neighbors to the north. <br /> Our idea is w provide angled parking similaz to that of neighbors direcdy across the street <br /> as well as another neighbor further up the street.
