Ny � r In attendance were Council members Niva and Pope, Mr. Smith, an �� myself. �n. We discussed Mr. Smith's request in light of current City codes wh ch require new transmission line service cc,nnections to serve water districts or associations vith ten or more customers. I explainej that i felt an exception would be in order in this case since the City has constructed a 2" copper "distribution" line in this area to ease � the installation of PRVs on aeveral services which were close toqether. Since one mnre connection to th� 2" copper line would not � .� additionally i�pact the #5 line we could reasonably grant an exception j� � in this unique case.
