Discussion ensued regarding queuing, <br /> railing,benches,and the need to finalize transit provider bus bays' locadon. �. <br /> 3) Traffic/Utilities <br /> - A pedestrian actuated signal may be required at 32°°Street and Smith Avenue(on the <br /> south leg). <br /> - The existing Puget Sound Energy line that crosses the site may nad to be reinforced <br /> around the commuter rail and new mainline hacks. <br /> - The proRle of 32nd Strcet and 33" Sneet may nad to be modified due to drainage. <br /> - The anticipated retention requirement for surface water nu�off is 21,800 cubic fat(or <br /> a vault that is 2Q' X 10' X 140'). 'fhe vault will likely be tocated in the area ofthe <br /> southem parking lot(due to capecity constraints of the cumnt combined watedsewer <br /> lines). <br /> - The Public Works DepaRment may want to take this conshuction opportwtity to <br /> upgrade its system along Sm�th Avenue. <br /> 4) Public involvement <br /> - Newsletters have been mailed(about 1,000). <br /> - The Open House has been set for Merch 11'"from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Everett <br /> Senior Center. <br /> - T'he R'eb Site hais been updated by Pacific Rim.
