The Pacific Avenue railroad overcrossing should be constn�cted with the Everett � me Multi- <br /> modal station. Direct access to Smith Avenue shall be incorporated in the overcro§smg. <br /> 2. Signalization of the Pacific/Smith intersection is stilt included as mitigation, but intercocuKcting <br /> thc signal with the rail crossing will not be required if the overcrossing is buitt. <br /> 3. Construction of the overcrossing will require a series of frontage roads in the vicinity of the <br /> Multi-modal center. <br /> Requirements: <br /> 1. Signaliza�iu�� cF c**+;rh/33rd iaiersectiou is rern���::. <br /> 2. Provide phasing changes at Broadway/33rd intersection signal. <br /> 3. Provide curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street lighting and other improvements on 32nd Street and <br /> 33rd Sntiet from the site to Broadwa7�. <br /> 4. Pruvide a 100 foot left turn lane of southbound Smith Avenue at 32nd Street. <br /> 5. Realign Smith Avenue to provide a more square intersection with Pacific. Curnnt standard <br /> street improvements arc required to both sides of Smith from Pacific to the southerly project <br /> limits. <br /> 6. Provide right-of-way necessary to accommodate Smith Avenue frontage roads and F'acific <br /> Avenue frontage road on the Multi-modal center side. <br /> 7. Provide adequate southbound left-turn queuing for transit coaches at the primary transit <br /> entrance. Furthrr, provide a deceleration lane for this movement. <br /> 8. Prohibet northiroun_' left turns on Smith at 32nd. <br /> �L <br />
