The proposed building will be a three-etory, 21,000 square foot atructure that will be located at 3711 Smith Street, Everett, Waehington. Z• The eaiating land uae of the aub�ect property is a vacant lot. The lot eize is approaimately 120 feet by 134 feet. The aub3ect property is zoned C-2. The propertiea [o the north, east, south, and weet of [he subject property are also zoned C-2. 3. The Comprehenaive Plan deaignates the aub3ect property as Light Induxtry.
