Checklist Review H80-78 <br /> GTY Of- [VERETT, EVERETT WASMINGTON <br /> PROPOSAL: <br /> Issuance of gra�ing and building permits to allow the construction of an <br /> 8,000 square foot warehouse at 39th and Smi.th. <br /> RECOhAfENDATIONS: <br /> It is the recommendation of the Public lVorks Department that issuance of <br /> a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br /> 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm <br /> drainage, and all iequired improvements to the �ublic right-of-way. <br /> Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required <br /> before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed <br /> before the Uccupancy Permit is issued. <br /> Z. On-site detention is not required. A temporary erosion and sedimen- <br /> tation control plan must be approved by the Public Works Department <br /> before any clearing, grading or other site preparation can begin. <br /> Reseeding of exposed earth is required within 30 days of completion <br /> of earth work. Drainage from site must be collected $ transferred <br /> to existing systems by approved means. <br /> 6. A preconstruction conference on Civil Engineering portion af project <br /> is required prior to approval of Public Works Permit. The applicant <br /> shall arrange meeting involving applicant, job superintendent, con- <br /> tractor, all subcontractors, Pire Marshal, Planning Department Co- <br /> ordinator, Public Works Coordinator, Public Works Inspector, and <br /> City Trafric Engineer. <br /> 7. Alley east of Smith Avenue must be fully improved to City standards. <br /> 8. Street improvements are required for Uoth 39th Street and Smith <br /> Avenue; sidewalk to be constructeB behind ezisting curU and gutter <br /> on Smith; curb, gutter and sidewalk to be constructed on 39th.
