� <br /> � � ( <br /> � � <br /> MITIGATED DETERM NATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br /> SEPA #80-078 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance uf grading and <br /> �vilding permits to allow the construction of an 8,000 square foot office, warehouse and manufacturing <br /> facility, with a requirement for 13 parking sialls to be provided on site. <br /> ADDENDUM: The project has been revised from the previous SEPA approval, allowing a 1,787 square <br /> foot addition which will be used for warehouse/storage space. The revision also includes the addition of <br /> 3 parking stalls on site, for a total of 19 on site parking stails. Development of the site will occur as <br /> shown on the site plan received on August 2, 2002.
