Indications are that the installation has not been <br />arranged for. Please arrange to have this iter. of work <br />scheduled for installation by April 21, 1981. <br />A deposit in accordance with the Water Uepartment cost <br />estimate ($2,044.74) dated January 30, 19S1 is to be paid <br />to the Building Department and work will be scheduled accord- <br />ingly. <br />Regarding your inquiry about late -comers agreements; Ordin- <br />ance 711-80, of which you have a copy, has a minimum amount <br />of $:i,000,00 anti is not valid, however, there is an ordinance <br />related to fire hydrants which is currently being formulated. <br />If you wish to enter into this Agreement, please advise. <br />then the procedures are formalized we will provide you with <br />needed documents. <br />In the meantime, please proceed with the installation of <br />the fire hydrant.
