On the <br />inspection I discovered the panel replaced and the tenent gave me your name <br />as the person responsible for the changes. There .-re several code violations <br />that must be corrected by a State Licensed Electrical Contractor, State Law <br />19.28.120 Department of Labor & Industries. Violation of the National Elec- <br />trical Code are section 250-71 (a), section 346-67 section 348-16 and section <br />110-4 (c). Violation of the City of Everett ordinance 4118 section 9111 and 19. <br />1 called the real estate office and left word for you to call me for the details <br />of the ebove violations.
