WASHINGTON <br />North Coast Electric <br />The following comments are hereby submitted: <br />1. A fire hydrant will be required within 200 feet of the <br />proposed building. <br />2. Existing structure's sewer goes into main at 40th Street <br />west of Smith Street. It is assumed that existing sewer <br />will be utilized; if not, nearest sewer is in alley east <br />of Smith Street and will have to be extended to serve <br />this property. <br />3. Landscaping to be provided along street frontage of Smith <br />Street and also along R/R R/11. <br />A minimum of 50 of parking area to be landscaped. <br />-4 Drainage or on -site retention will have to be provided in <br />conformance with City standards. <br />5. Off-street parking area shall be surfaced with asphaltic <br />or P.C. concrete. <br />6. Any signing on property that will be visible from Interstate <br />Highway must be cleared by Highway Department (Scenic Vista <br />Act). <br />7. If standard street improvements do not exist on perimeter of <br />site, they will have to be constructed to City standards. <br />E <br />
