RECOMMENDATIONS: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following; 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 4. On -site detention and a temporary erosion control plan are required. Drainage calculations are to be submitted on a City of Everett drainage plan submission form. 5.
