Checklist Review #189 <br />Planning File #80-9 <br />PROPOSAL: <br />LVEAVLWASHINGTGN <br />1,4F�F.: ,19b <br />CITY or r-'VLRETn <br />To construct a one story 12,000 square foot warehouse building with office <br />at southwest corner of 39th and Smith. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance <br />of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following; <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, <br />and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br />are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />4. On -site detention and a temporary erosion control plan are required. <br />Drainage calculations are to be submitted on a City of Everett drainage <br />plan submission form. <br />5. Participation in the program to fund the north and south central sanitary <br />sewer interceptor is required. <br />�i Street im provements in conformance with City Ordinances are required. <br />Amend Checklist As Follows: <br />11 - 13 - c, d and f - change to yes. <br />Information For Developer: <br />A fire hydrant is required within 200 feet of; but not closer than, 50 feet of all <br />buildings. <br />
