October 12, 1994 Larry Crawford, Public Works, indicated that the Second Cliance site encompasses only a portion of the applicant's property. The applicant has made application to fence, gravel, and park four vehicles on t6e portion of his property which is not included in the Second Chance project. He refercnced the fact that the Navy's nuclear aircraft cacrier will be homeported in Everctt. CAA I,angus explained that the Department of Emergency Services and Navy have been working together. Sem Henderson, Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management responded that a city emergency plan has been developed. She futther explained emergency procedures.
