A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide or distance between the building and front lot <br /> Iine must be provided along the street frontage on Smith Avenue. 'Th�s azea shall be planped <br /> with Type III landscaping. <br /> b. A landscape strip a minimum of S feet wide must be provided along the north and south <br /> property lines. This azea shall be planted with Type III la�dscaping. The siu plan does aot <br /> meet this requirement and must be revised or a landscape modifica6on approved for the site <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> c. Prior to issuence of any construction permits, iandscaping plans must be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Depazoment per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and size of all planti:igs to be installed. Irrigation <br /> systems are required in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code, <br /> 11. Inoperable vehicles, used or discarded tires and vehicle parts shall be screened from view by a <br /> solid sight obscuring fence and landscapu►g as required by 5ection 41.100 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 12. When access to or within a structtu•c or an azea is unduly difficult because of securod openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessar}� for life saving or fire-fighting p�uposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recoaunend or require a key box to be installed in an accessibte location. A rapid entry <br /> system may also be desirable in order to avoid unnecessary damage while making entry to any <br /> building during an emergency situation. <br /> 13. Premise Identification -Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the sReet <br /> entry. Buildings shall be clearly idendfied so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br /> Individual apaztments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from�,�� <br /> access road. ; <br /> 14. Hydrants — Two (2) available hydrants aze required. They shall be located within 200 driving fat <br /> but no doser than 50 feet of every structure.
