A landscape strip a minimum of 10 feet wide or distance between the building and front lot <br /> Iine must be provided along the street frontage on Smith Avenue. When access to or within a structtu•c or an azea is unduly difficult because of securod openings or <br /> where immediate access is necessar}� for life saving or fire-fighting p�uposes, the Fire Department <br /> may recoaunend or require a key box to be installed in an accessibte location.
