The following amounts of landscapin@ sl�all he provided in the internal area of parking lots exclusive <br /> ot'thc landscaping reyuired to be provided along street frontages and along other lot lines: <br /> If the parking arca contains more than ten parking spaces or four ihousand square feet of <br /> maneuvering area, and less than one hundred parking spaces, a minimum of one Ree shall be <br /> planted for every cight parking spaces. Calculations resulting in a fraction larger than one-half shall <br /> be rounded up to tl�e next whole number. <br /> d. Landscapc areas nwst be planted and locared per Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code. <br /> e. Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must he revie�ved and approved by the Planning <br /> Dcparunent per Section 35.100 af the Zoning Code. The landscaping plan must show location and <br /> dimensions of reyuircd vegetated swales, wetponds, detentiou ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, <br /> and grading at 2 foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per <br /> Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assura:ice dev;ce must be provided for <br /> the landscaping per Section 35.I30I� of the Zoning Code. <br /> 5. A shoreline and Floodplain development permits are reyuired. <br /> 6. Provide a 75-tbot buffer from the edge of wetlands. This huffer may be reduced by up to half' per <br /> EMC 19.33D.450.G Fencing and signagc may be required along the buffer's edge. <br /> /��� <br />
