BRANHAM and MARY EDITIi BRANHAM , husband <br />and wife, owners of that parcel of real estate described as follows: <br />East 84 feet of Lot 57, as mcasured along the South line of <br />said lot; except the South 150 feet thereof, Plat of Edge- <br />water, situate in Snohomish County, Washington. <br />do hereby grant to CHRISTOPHER BROWN and CHERYL BROWN, owners of that <br />parcel of real estate described as follows: <br />East 54 feet of the South 150 feet of Lot 57, and the North <br />20 feet of the South 145 feet of Lot 56, all in the Plat of <br />Edgewater, under Volume 10, Page 94 of Avditor's files, <br />situate in Snohomish County, Washington. <br />an �asement fc+r purposes of construction and maintenance of a tight- <br />line surface drainage line over, across and through the I+Iest 10 feet <br />of the parcel first described above. As conside�ation for this grant <br />of easement, the Grantors aUove named shall have the right to tap in <br />to the tight line system to be constructed by the Grantees for pur- <br />poses of draining surface water from the Grantors' lot thr.ough the same <br />line. As this grant of easement relates to the tiqht line surface <br />drainage line, both the Grantors and the Grantees agree to share equally <br />in the cost of maintenance of such line, but that the entire cost of <br />the construction of said line shall be paid for by the Grantees.
