Medium dense <br />sandy silt/sand was exposed to pour the concrete pier with five-sack mix <br />concrete under the direct inspection from Sa Ilong. All nine concrete <br />piers were satisfactorily poured to support the anticipated building <br />loads. Three additional piers were added due to relatively deeper bearing <br />zones noted from the other excavations. Other shallow spread footings <br />were not inspected but it is advised far Mr. Mobley to lower down footings <br />to medium dense sand as exposed for the excavation of the retaining wall <br />at the garage area <br />Sa H.
