Condition No. 5 limits development on the lot to southerly end of the Parcel, <br />and Condition No. 7(as prcviously amended) restricted the amount of impervious <br />surface on the parcel to that associated with the house, driveway and deck. Approval <br />would allow the Applicants to build on the propeRy in accotdance with normal <br />building �etbacks. <br />PREV[OUS APPROVALS: In 1983 the City approved the Plat of Kenilworth Hills No. 1, <br />creating 22 lots fronting on 56'" Street SW and Sound Avenue (Subdivision No. 1-83). On <br />August 31, 1988, the Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner amended (Subdivision No. 1-88) <br />Kenilworth Hills No. 1 by adding one lot, Lot 23, to the plat. On January 12, 1995, the Heazing <br />Examiner amended the revised plat to allow a deck to be constructed on the lot, but denying <br />other requests for modifications in the conditions on the plat. Conditions Nos. 5 and 7 were the <br />subject of the denial, and aze the subject a renewed request by the Applicants. Condition Nos. 5 <br />and 7 arz as follows. <br />5. Construction on the site shall appeaz on the southerly end of the lot. <br />7. The impervious surface on the site shall be limited to the driveway and the building to <br />be erected on-site.
