Engineenn9 PROJECT: Remove two conditions in the original Plat Amendment that limited development on L.ot 23. Condition No. 5 limits development on the lot to southerly end of the Parcel, and Condition No. 7(as prcviously amended) restricted the amount of impervious surface on the parcel to that associated with the house, driveway and deck. Approval would allow the Applicants to build on the propeRy in accotdance with normal building �etbacks. PREV[OUS APPROVALS: In 1983 the City approved the Plat of Kenilworth Hills No. 1, creating 22 lots fronting on 56'" Street SW and Sound Avenue (Subdivision No. 1-83). On August 31, 1988, the Everett Land Use Hearing Examiner amended (Subdivision No. 1-88) Kenilworth Hills No. 1 by adding one lot, Lot 23, to the plat. On January 12, 1995, the Heazing Examiner amended the revised plat to allow a deck to be constructed on the lot, but denying other requests for modifications in the conditions on the plat. Conditions Nos. 5 and 7 were the subject of the denial, and aze the subject a renewed request by the Applicants. Condition Nos. 5 and 7 arz as follows. 5. Construction on the site shall appeaz on the southerly end of the lot. 7. The impervious surface on the site shall be limited to the driveway and the building to be erected on-site.
