' • . <br />- .;-� :.;�. <br />The 555 Committee has expressed a strong desire to continue to me��t and develop <br />proposed amendments to the Ordinance in the areas of: ,• <br />o Language Ciarification <br />o Including 3 and 4 plex developments in the Single F�mily/Duplex Section <br />o An "interim" improvement on 4 units or less when existing condiiions are � <br />determinedinadequate. <br />o A different variance process. . <br />There are areas of 555 that couId be amended to provide a more palatable ordinance <br />and eontinuing tht Committee so that these areas can be addressed would appear to <br />be an acceptable method of accomplishing some acceptable proposed amendmenis. <br />The Committee has requested City Councii parLicipation in ihe meeting process. <br />It is reeommended that the attached 555 Guidelines be forwarded to Council for theiK <br />information and that Councilman Overstreet, as Public Norks liaison, and one or t�vo <br />other interested Councii members 6e invited/encou�aged to attend. <br />CIS:is <br />v'N3>t]AN JqJ AdJ� f.'�.0773A n,WA4w3;1 M71iV tlGit':FaNvl1 (11 NNM�H � ;j,VH <br />
