Last year this site was dear�cut without any approvals(22) <br />from the City (including S.E.P.A., temporary erosion control and uncufverted(23) <br />driveway access).{(24) <br />{(25) <br />There currently is water running across Sound Avenue in t�vo (2) spots � both(2G) <br />spots are from the ��1ar1< 6enz site and directly related to the clear��ut and illegally,(27) <br />improperly constructed access.�(28) <br />�(29) <br />The drainage on the street is causing severe access probtems for Lameroux(30) <br />and erosion for other new construction Cast of Lameroux.
