In order to get permits for that structure, Lameroux received(12) <br />a waiver from Council to extend interim street improvements farther to the(13) <br />West. Last year this site was dear�cut without any approvals(22) <br />from the City (including S.E.P.A., temporary erosion control and uncufverted(23) <br />driveway access).{(24) <br />{(25) <br />There currently is water running across Sound Avenue in t�vo (2) spots � both(2G) <br />spots are from the ��1ar1< 6enz site and directly related to the clear��ut and illegally,(27) <br />improperly constructed access.�(28) <br />�(29) <br />The drainage on the street is causing severe access probtems for Lameroux(30) <br />and erosion for other new construction Cast of Lameroux. The drainage �(31) <br />be contributing to some portion of ihe Lameroux ground faulting.{(32) <br />�(33) <br />To correct the drai�age problem, the drainage irom the f3enz site must be controlled(34) <br />and the drainage across the Right{of�\Vay must be culverted.�(35) <br />f(36) <br />Alternatives:{(37) <br />1.
