At thi's point we have <br />develope3 administrative guidelines, acceptable to all parties, a <br />copy is attached for your convenience. The Public Works Depattment <br />is currently using the quidelines to ascertain what, if any. improve- <br />ments are required. <br />We feel that we have reached the half-way mark in our deliberations on <br />555-78. The next step is to develop and draft amendments to the <br />Ordinance.
