Thesa comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions <br />may be required by other departments (such as Udlities, Planning or Fire). All <br />references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the proccssing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with details and/or drawings rellecting thc corrections <br />requested (additional sheets may be added to the plan sets already submitted). <br />1. Provide all dimensions on foundation plan. Dimension locadons of all supporting <br />posu and piers. Provide 6 mil black vapor barrier lap edges 12". Floorjoists <br />below office (between office and dining room) are not supported at both ends. <br />Show how both ends are supported. <br />� <br />3 <br />4, <br />Provide section at tall crawl space. Show size and spacing of studs in cripple <br />walls. <br />Provide typical building section from footing to roof that is specific ro the <br />structure. Label all components.
