They directed you <br />to remove the kitchen facilities from the basement before January 15, 1987. You <br />were to contact the City's Planning Department by January i6, 1987, to schedule a <br />follow-up inspection. <br />As of this point in time, you have not contneted the Planning Depnrtment <br />concerning this matter or to schedule an inspection. Your failure to cooperate <br />provides the City no alternative but to seek your compIIance through the courts.
