During the finai stages o; permit <br />preparation, the size and number of fire sen�ices was altered. The correct permils for <br />these were issued. Advanced fire protection is submitting a revised plan showir�g the <br />fire services. <br />Also, it has been brought to the job contractor's attention by our field inspector that <br />clean-outs on the side sewers are required at the property ]ine as shown on City <br />Standazd Plans 1/601 and N602.
