Please withdraw condition #4 of the DNS for this project (issued on Gctober 13, 1993.) Specifically, the condition called for the developer to pravide a bus shelter on Beverly Blvd. and a bus stop on Broadway. Neither of those transit improvements is necessary or appropriate given the route restructuring which Everett Transit intends to implement in 1996. It is anticipated that Beverly Blvd. will not be directly served by Everett Transit in the vicinity of this project. Since the DNS was issued in ]993, Everett Transit has ' conducted a Comprehensive Plan update and an Operational Analysis, both of which have contributed to the detailed route re-structuring. For the immediate future, Everett Transit will continue to utilize the existing bus stop on Beverly Blvd. adjacent to the subject property. In the long term, Everett Transit may add a bus stop on Broadway north of the Spokane Drive intersection adjacent to the designated open space for this project.
