Apparently the place is setting open now and there is the fact that it is this has been the site of other arson fires in vacant buildings on the same property. They fear that history will repeat itself. December 9, 1991: � I talked with Mr. Devries today and he said they had not 'i planned on doing anything with the building a:id I indicated � that I had receivei a complaint about the building setting I open. H� indicated that the partnership had spent 830,000 demolishing and disposing of. materials on the other � buildinqa. I told him that I would have to send him a letter on thin one also and he said that would be fine. We will proceed from there and I will keep him informed. He said he has ' disappointed with the response from Everett. They have been told that since they were from cut of town, they (the Partners) were dreamers when it came to development of the property. Me. Devries remembered me from working with him on the other buildings on the property which went through the abatement process. At least he is aware of the process and our requi.rements which should render some cooperation in getting the problem solved.
