II. The buildinq snall. either be repaired in accordance with <br />the currenl- Building Code or demolished. <br />III. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present <br />� condition, it shall remain vacant until auch time as the <br />building is repaired in eccordance with the current <br />I Building Code or demolished. <br />i� <br />II IV. If the owner elects to repair the building according to <br />the current Building Code, all required permita must be <br />securecl, therefore, and the work physic:ally commenced <br />� within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. Al1 <br />� work must be completed in compliance with the Building <br />�� Code within ninety (90) daya of the date of this Order. <br />� V, lf the owner elects to demolish the building, all <br />required permits must be aecured, therefore, within <br />sixty <60) days of the date of this Order. Such <br />demolition must be completed within ninety (90) days of <br />the date of this Order. <br />VI. If the required repair or demolition is not commenced <br />within the time set focth in Paragraphs IV and V, the <br />City of Everett will order the bullding to remain <br />vacated and proceed to cause the building to be <br />demoliahed. All expenses incurred as a result of the <br />demolition of the building �hall be made a personal <br />obiigation of the property owners or said charge shall <br />be asaessed against the property, in which case the City <br />of Everett ahall ank the City Treasurer to enter the <br />amount oE the assessment upon the tax rolls against the <br />property and collect the same with regular property <br />I taxea, with intereait at such rate as provided for in RC1i <br />84.56.020. <br />i� VII. Any peraon having any record title or legal interest in <br />� the building m3y appeal from this Notice and Order to <br />� the Housing Adv�sory and Appeals Board. Such appeal <br />muat be in writing as is required in the Uniform Houaing <br />Code and filed with the City of Everett Planning <br />Director within thirty (30> days from the date of <br />service of this Notice and Order.
