WASNIYGTON <br />90901 <br />According to Snohomish County records you are the owner of the <br />following legally-described property: <br />Plat of Beverly Hills Div 2, Block 2, Lots 1& 2 <br />Commonly known as: 6224 Spring Street, Everett, Wp <br />An inspection of the structure situated on the above described <br />property reveals several deficiencies which may be deemed <br />detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the public, ae <br />defined in the Uniform Housing Code. These deficiencies may be <br />considered sufficient to declare the building to be subsY.andard <br />and a hazardous nuisance. <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page three of this <br />letter.
