At a mininmm, instructors must have: <br />a. Curtent ccrtification as a Ccriificd ProG:ssional in Erosion and Sediment Control <br />(CPESC), or <br />b. Completed a training p:ogram for traching the required course clements, or <br />c. The academic credentials and in;tructional experience necessary fur teaching thc <br />required course clemcnts. <br />3.
