No flushing or washing shall be allowed. <br />DUST AND EMISSIONS CONTROL <br />Execute work by methods to minimiu raising dust from consdvction operations. <br />Provide positive tneans to prevent a'v-bome dust from dispersing into atmosphere. <br />NOISE CONTROL <br />IA. General: The CONTRACTOR shall conduct all his work, use appropriate construction <br />methods and equipment, and fumish and install acoustical barriers, all as nxessary so that <br />� no noise emanating from the process or any rolated tool or equipment will exceed kgal <br />noise levels determined by appropriate agencies. <br />� B. Nighttime Work: If the CON7'R.4CfOR des¢es to perfortn any work outside of nomial <br />working hours, COIV7'RACTOk shall obtain all nxessary permits from the appropriate <br />agencies and malce all necessary arrangements prior to commencing. <br />� C.
