Bidders shall submit a Gsting of subconuactors o[her than electrical <br />and mechanical within 24 hours of OWNER's request. <br />i. List and identify each subconvactor, except MBE, WBE, or DBE subcontractors, that will <br />perform ten percent (]096) or more of the contract work, with the dollar artaunt and <br />category of work to be perfomied. <br />2. List the total work to be perfomxd by the MBE and WBE (DBE) subconvactors by dollar <br />artaunt and percentage of the total base conaact. These artaunts and percentages shall be <br />taken from the Minority/Women Brsinesses Enterprise Proposal form, Document 00830. <br />The firrtu by name need not be indi��idually listed. <br />3. List the value, percentage and category(s) of work to be perfomied by the bidder. <br />4. List all work to be perforrtied by each subconvactor that amounts to kss than ten percent <br />(10�) of the total convact work, by dollar amount. Make a sepazate entry for each <br />subconvact and state the category of work.
