We <br />would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the status of this pennit. If you have decided not to <br />do this project at this time, please let us know so we can clear the record. The Everett Building <br />Code states that all pcnnits expire if the work authorized by the pcnnits is suspended or abandoned <br />for a period of 180 days alter the work is commenced. Work under this pennit will no longer be <br />authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your <br />last inspcction, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your pennit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are available <br />to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new <br />pennit must be obtained.
