NOTICE OF UNSAFE BJLLUING(S) <br />Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty <br />of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which <br />any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, <br />continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such violator <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no <br />more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br />Section 8: If the work specified in this notice is performed by the City of Everett <br />Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the owner(s) or <br />parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s), o: structure(s), <br />or portions) thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been previously <br />paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest such costs shall be levied and <br />collected as a special assessment against said real property. <br />Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant the <br />to and in accordance with <br />City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br />Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International <br />Conference of Building Officials.
