Secure door with butterfly latches on <br />each side. Prep for paint. <br />Remove rod hanging from ceiling of northwest bedroom. <br />Install new shelf and rod in bedroom closet. <br />Install owner's laminate faced hardboard to ceplace <br />existing 4" - 6" tub surround. New laminate to go up <br />wall minimum 2 feet. <br />Re-caulk atound tub with white silicone caulking. <br />Install veztical 2 x 2 boards to fill in front and cear <br />porch railing to code, (6" maximum opening Nidth). <br />Install new wood �cailing down front and tear porches, <br />bolted to steps. All new porch wood , presaure <br />treated. Install handrails down front and rear steps to <br />code.
