'Vented blceking shall not compromise the structural integrity of shear transfer. 2. Provide fireplace section. Show required reinforcing and seismic anchorage. Vertical reinforcing shall extend the full hcight of the chimney from ihe footing t the chimney cap. 3. Show location of 22"x30" attic access with 30" minimum headroom. 4.
