Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, uniess stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Specify footing size for point load from 5 1/8" x 18" glue laminated beam (GLB). <br />Z. Specify post size supporting both ends of GLB. <br />3. Speci(y footing size for posts supporting 2nd floor landing and stairs. <br />4. 5/8" type "X" GWB or (2) layers of'/z" type "X" GWB required on ceiling of garage <br />where there is living space above. Post(s) and beam(s) supporting living space above <br />shall be wrepped with 5/8" type "X" GWB, or (2) layers of �/z" type "X" GWB. <br />5. Provide fixture clearance as specified in Figure R307.1 of the International Residential <br />Code (IRC). The toilet on the second Floor does not provide minimum 21" clear space in <br />front. <br />6.
