A cursory review of your <br />plans by the Planning Department is now complete. However before additional review <br />and/or approval can be granted, the following items need resolution: <br />A landscape plan is required. Please see the attached copy of your site plan <br />showing the required buffers listed. All property lines shall be landscaped <br />accordingly. Type III landscaping requires the following: 1 spreading evergreen <br />tree a minimum of six feet tall every 30 linear feet, 5 shrubs a minimum of two <br />feet tall every 20 linear feet, along with ground cover that covers 90% of the <br />landscaped area(s) within 3 years. <br />• Also, a 300% site obscuring fence (preferably wood) is required along all <br />property lines. If chain link is used, the fence must be double slatted. <br />The subject application is being I�eld in abeyance pending receipt and conformance with <br />the items listed above.
