The property is legally -described as: <br />St. Nicholas Addition, Block 398, the South 18.75 Feet of Lot 19, Lot 20, and the North <br />4 feet of Lot 21. <br />During the inspection several deficiencies were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code <br />and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as adopted by the City of <br />Everett. These deficiencies are considered sufficient to declare the building to be substandard <br />and may endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety or Welfare of the occupants or the <br />public in accordance with the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />Specifically, the structure has been vacant for a period in excess of six months, is apparently <br />abandoned and constitutes an attractive nuisance. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. Please advise this office <br />within 10 (ten) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to accomplish this.
