Substandard Eleclrical System. <br />2. Substandard Plumbing Syslem. <br />3. Substandard Mechanical (Heatinr� System. <br />4. Substandard struc�ura� and li(e safety feaWres. <br />Mc Erickson is aware lhat �he pro�arty has numerous prob�ems and is not sure whal he ultimately <br />plans to do with the property as ha apparently recently got the propehy back on a real estate deal <br />Ihat went bad. <br />I told Mr. Erickson Ihal lhe C�ry has ihree oplions for properties like his. <br />1. Repair �he slructure in �n approved manner. (with pennits and approvals) <br />2. Demolish lhe slrucWr�:. (wilh permils and approvals) <br />3. Secure lhe SirucWre per the vacaN Duildinc� ordinance. <br />I informed Mc Erickson thal �he building should nat be occupied in its wrtenl condilion. <br />Idr.
