All references refer to the <br />1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington <br />State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Ed}tion, uni�.�s stated otherwise. <br />1. The windows in the lower ?Pvel do not provide sufficient light and ventilation as <br />required by Section 1205 of the Uniform Building code, specifically the rec room. <br />2. Finish shower with smooth Riard nonabsorbent surface up 70 inches above drain inlet. <br />3. Provide safety glass in hazardous locations as specified in Section 5406, i.e. shower <br />enclosure sliding doors...etc. <br />4. Provide a switch-controlled lighdng outlet at all entrances and/or ezits. <br />5. Provide minimum 36 inches landing not more than 8 inches below the finished floor <br />(at the slider). <br />6.
