The Applican[ is to supply a detailed site plan and design elevationa <br />for [he proposed recreation/classroom space located eas[ of the <br />residence aC 2605 Summit Avenue. These plans are to 6e submit[ed to <br />[he Evere[t Planning Department and are to sl�ow existing and proposed <br />parking, building size, loca[ion, and any proposed landscaping. The <br />Everett Planning Department will review the above men[ioned plans and <br />w111 determine if these plans are compatible vi[h adjacent residential <br />uses.
