The Applicant is to supply a detailed site plan and design eleva[lons <br />for the proposed recreation/classroom space loca[ed east of the <br />residence a[ 2605 Summit Avenue. These plans are [o be submit[ed to <br />[he Everet[ Pl�nning Depar[men[ and arc [o show exis[ing and proposed <br />parking, butlding size, locat[on, and any proposed landscaping. The <br />�� Evcre[t Planning Department will review [he above mentioned plans and <br />vill de[ermine if these plans are conpatible ui[h adjacent residentlal <br />� uses. If the design of the si[e plan is not compa[161e with adjacent <br />�' residenttal uses, the plan shall be revicved by the Evere[t Hearing <br />Examiner. <br />2.
