Before <br />the City can certify that you are in compliance with all land usa ordinances <br />the folloait�g improvements must be made: <br />2 <br />Enclose all towed, or non-running vehicles in the fenced area. <br />Provide a site obscurring fence around the stored vehicles. This <br />may he aceomplished by inserting slats in the existing chain link <br />fence or constructing a six foot high so11d wood fence. <br />The above requirements are based on Everett Municipal Code (E.M.C.) Chapter <br />19.32, C-2, Heavy Commercial-Light Industrial Zone (copy enclosed). <br />If you disa!;ree with this decision, you have the right to appeal to the <br />Hearing �xaminer. Such appeal must be in writing and filed with the Hearing <br />Examiner Kithin 10-days of your receipt of this letter. Instructions are <br />enclosed.
