To v�fiom it my concem, My family and I are appeating the decision af the Everett Planning Department, regarding a unpeRnitted fence. On 3-3-00 there� was a phone calf made to Code Compliance stoting our neighbor couldn't see oncoming traffic from her driveway. This neighbor has been in her home for over 15 years and ourfence has been e�usting for over 8 years. To me and my wife, this complaint to Code Compliance is unfair and was set up. Since the neighbor of 5016 Sunset Lane is good friends with the previous owner of our home, the was made to Code Compliance as on the day that the previous owner moved out. And since the fence has been existing there, there ha5 been no accidents regarding the fence. Our fence connects to our backyard and sideyard, just like our neighbors fence. The fence protech our children and our dogs from this road, Sunset Lane. Sunset Lane is one the busiest roads. My son was just in an acCiClent on sunset lane due to a speeding car. We are now getting.�lb Parking signs from the city due to vehicles parking on our iroq#,?pacd and our driveway and side yard. We have complained to 1tilff��tt Police Department, but no response. Since the fence has beer� existing for over 8 years and when we filled for a permit no one in the neighborhood fiiled there complaint. We feel this fence should stay to protect my family and our dogs. This was desefful complaint and I'm asking you and pleading with you to keep this fence.
