The ciry took into consideration in the Fence Height Modification deci;;ion the fact that the Heard's did not build the 6-foot tall L'ence in the front yazd setback area and that the fence had existed there for a number of years, 3. The Heard's rear-yard setback is approximately 27 feec verses a side-yam' af approzimately 55 feet. Maintaining the 6-foot high feace in the side yazd will allow the Heard's to continue to use this area as their active recreation spac�:. 4. The area has recently becn signed for "No Parking" which has eliminxted people pazking along the Heard's fence on the Sunset Lane frontage.
