DECISION <br />Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions, testimony and <br />evidence submitted at the public hearing, it is hereby ordered that the appeal of <br />Richard Heard for the elimination of a condition to the fence height mod�cation <br />approval issued by the City of Everett is granteci.
