Work under these petmits <br />will no longer bc authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress hy requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />yourlastinspection,or <br />2) Request 1'inal inspections of the work lhat is completed, or <br />3) Submit a�vritten requcst for a 1 SO day extension, detailing justifiable cause fot extension. <br />Pleas� respond within 10 days. After that time your pennit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval. These records am available to prospective <br />bwers and Icnding instiWtions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new pertnit must be <br />obtained.
