As <br /> we discussed on the phone, I am currently engaging an architect <br /> to design a house and a soil engineer to evaluate and design any <br /> drainage system that will be needed on the two adjoining lots. <br /> We tentatively hope to break grown this summer and therefore <br /> answer any questions regarding drainage this spring. Since I <br /> took the topsoil off the french drain I installed along the <br /> easterly property line, Bernie Weber has not had any further <br /> problems.
