While substantial progress has been made regarding the <br /> fill's stability and erosion control, a substantial amount of site runoff is still adversely <br /> impacting the property to the east. <br /> Recent site inspection shows indication that surface and/or subsurface drainage is not <br /> contained by the north/south drainage pipe installed along your easterly property line. <br /> Drainage flows through the new rockery/fill area onto your neighbors' property and <br /> _ then surface drainage flows northerly along their house foundation. This situation <br /> needs to be corrected. <br /> We would recommend that a site meeting be scheduled with yourself, your soils <br /> engineer, and the City to discuss resolution of this issue. We appreciate your <br /> cooperation and look forward to hearing from you by January 16, 1995.
