The vault and slab have been <br /> consUucted in accordance with the approved plana and specificaGons with one exception: the <br /> grade of the reinforcinp steel in the bottom slab of the vault was changed from grade BO to grade <br /> 40. This chanys was reported by the buildinq inspector and approved by me over the telephone <br /> as the Enyineer-of-Record. <br /> In addition to the vault and slab,the pertnit documents roquired instailation of inetal siding on the <br /> north wall of the Maintenance ShoF.
